Designed for ease of use, the Rota is equipped with an easy-grip handle and non-slip feet for safety when sharpening. The sharpener locks closed and measures just 5 x 1.6 x 1.6 inch (W x D x H) for easy drawer storage. The Rota is suitable for most stainless steel blades but should not be used to sharpen serrated blades or ceramic blades.
